Another fish day

We like grilled fish with salt (Shio yaki) because it gives you a original taste of the fish. Today we had buri kama (Yellow tail jaw) which had big bones but the meat around it is very tasty because they were moving along the bone when the fish was alive (that's what my mom told me.). Had it with grilled Shiitake mushroom and yellow peppers.
